"STAY AWAY! This hotel unfortunately is being managed by a very irresponsible, uninterested and unmotivated staff. We were so excited about staying g at the property but ran into a horrible experience. At check in they had already selected our room. Asked for a different room but was denied. When we got the room it had not been cleaned. Dust everywhere and the bed had NO SHEETS OR COMFORTER. We were in shock! The safe was locked. Amazingly they took TWO days to clean the room regardless of how many calls we made. They offered a different room that was smaller and lower floor. At the end of our 3 night stay we tried to talk to the Manager who had "been away" Easter Sunday and Monday and she basically dismissed us without hearing all the story. She gave us "points" to make it up. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!"

"The property is completely remodeled and the space is excellent for the price. It is also very well located, which makes it convenient for exploring the city.
However, the biggest downside is the lack of on-site staff. There are no people to assist with check-in or check-out, as everything is fully automated. When problems arise with the room, you are essentially on your own. In our case, the air conditioning in our room did not work. I called the support number provided and spoke with Mohamed, who informed me that nothing could be done because the air conditioning systems were turned off for the season.
Between the heat and the back-and-forth trying to resolve the issue, the experience felt more like staying in a hostel than in a professionally managed property. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was no proper comforter, and the pillows felt like those you would find in a motel.
Overall, despite the modern renovation and good location, this was not the best experience."

"Excellent hotel close to metro (3 minutes walk) located in city center. Supermarkets just around the corner. 20 minutes walk to old town. Clean and spacious room, comfy bed. Nice friendly staff (housekeep, front desk and bar). Very helpful receptionists. Especially Arrate, try hard to help us to find a way to Santander. Two thumbs up! "
