"The hotel is wonderful, but I would like to highlight the service. They are always will if to make your stay even better. The breakfast was amazing and Cora, Jon and the whole team are very attentive and care for every detail.
At the reception Bertha was able to recommend a place for dinner and make the reservation for us. I could not take the name of each member of the staff, but each and everyone were fantastic. I look forward to staying there again! "

"I found the hotel centrally located in the old city centre with cathedral & Plaza Nueva nearby. It’s a 20min walk to the airport bus stop and the Guggenheim museum. Countless cafés, bars and restaurants are around.
The room was very clean and had tv, aircon, hairdryer, capsule coffee maker and electric heater. I liked the decoration and the balcony.
When I checked in I encountered a multilingual receptionist who was very friendly and gave useful tips.
As a tip: rooms towards the alley let you hear street cleaning and party people at night - earplugs are recommended."

I liked this hotel very much. It was easy walking distance to major attractions like Guggenheim Museum, Old Town, Metro Stations, and Gran Via. My room was quiet, and well laid out. The included breakfast had a lot of great options but the highlight for me was the “Death By Chocolate” cake…for breakfast! I almost feel guilty that I at a slice each morning. Not only would I want to stay in this Bilbao hotel again, but I will look to see if the hotel chain operates in other cities I plan to visit in the future. Very happy with my choice and highly recommend it to others.
