An absolutely perfect stay, we arrived on the first day of the season and were very warmly welcomed. The rooms are nice and clean, the facilities are excellent and even have a small fitness room. Breakfast is absolutely excellent. Can’t recommend highly enough - 10/10!

Absolutely gorgeous stay for our wedding anniversary. Upgraded to a sea view room. Great hotel, friendly staff, plenty of sunloungers available especially to say it was the middle of summer. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of options and replenished constantly. Lovely area with some gorgeous little restaurants and bars. Would definitely return and would highly recommend!

The property overall was less than okay and I wouldn’t stay here again. The food at the bar area is absolutely HORRIBLE! I ordered some chicken nugget fingers and they were the worst that I’ve ever tasted in my life. I then ordered a hamburger, thinking it was a safe choice, and it was barely cooked! I asked them to remake it and cook it more throughly however they just warmed it in the microwave! DISGUSTING! I ended up mainly eating at nearby area restaurants, which was very many options. The area itself was nice located in a small town called Portinatx, however, it is far away from the airport and main Ibiza attractions. The taxi from the airport is around 45 euros and a taxi to the main attractions was over 50 euros (one way)! So, you are looking for horrible food only intending to stay at the resort without having to pay handsomely for taxis and being surrounding by mainly older individuals then this is a perfect stay because it’s far away from everything! Also, we were two African american males that traveled to the resort and the way that people were staring at us the entire time was absolutely uncomfortable. There were very dirty looks and it seems like the majority of the people there never seen any people of color! In summary, this resort may be nice for some but I’ll never stay at this resort ever again and I know that I would’ve had a much better time in a different more progressive area of Ibiza. I was very disappointed in my stay here.

Lovely hotel and great swimming pools. Nice welcome with complimentary drink. Staff great. Only downside was 3 flights of stairs to town/beach. I have restricted mobility so only managed once in 6 days. Should think about a stairlift?

Great location and access to beaches and restaurants. Deposits and charges for safe and beach towels not great when yiu arrive with no cash. No access to drinking water to refill bottles for beach / gym. Only offered purchase of water from Bar.

A lovely hotel in a great setting next to the beach, relaxed and comfortable. Dining and facilities were very good The staff however were outstanding, every staff member we met was pleasant helpful and friendly, it was so noticeable and made the stay extra special,

The rooms are lovely. The breakfast is lovely and the pool is gorgeous. But the staff are underskilled and don't always know how to do their job. Taxis don't arrive when they say they've booked them (crucial on Ibiza), details don't get stored etc. Train your staff and this place will be perfect.

Property is set in beautiful area near lovely beach, restaurants and shops. Close to beautiful town. I didn’t like our room was underneath the restaurant this was loud. The room itself needed attention dirt on curtain, scuffs on walls, no iron in room overall needs some updating.

The hotel is in a great location right on the beachfront, separated into 3 main builsings. We weren't shown around or given details of where any of the facilities were upon arrival so had to find our own way round, and there was very little local area information around the hotel unless you asked specifically. Overall the facilities were good but little things let the property down such as having a kettle and cups in the room but no tea/coffee, and having to pay for use of the safe in the room..

Modern hotel, brilliant beach side location.
Large modern hotel, big double room with balcony. Comfortable bed. Hotel is in 3 blocks surrounding immaculately kepts gardens, two swimming pools and a spa centre. Evening entertainment provided in the bar along with other spa and health activities in the day. Non smokingin hotel, balconies, hardens or terraces. Adults only stay at the hotel so no kids running around. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had with a huge selection for meat eaters, vegetarians or vegans. Dinner to was very good with a buffet and some cook to order offerings. Only downside was checkin. It was overly officious, administrative, intrusive and bureaucratic. After the usual handing of passports we needed to complete a registration form name address dob, email, contact, passport details etc. We then had to complete a covid declaration form and sign.Agin, name, address, passport, contact details etc. We wer then taken through the pages of covid rules as well as given information on hotel. We were then asked to leave a large credit card pre authorisation to cover any incidentals that we might have e.g. drinks, snack from bar as the bar did not take cash or cards. We were then told if we needed use in room safe it would be 1.5 per day but we had to leave a 10 euro deposit CASH which we would get back when we returned the safe key. We were told that beach towels were available free charge but we would need give 10 euros CASH deposit for each towel that we would get back when towels returned.

Very good selection of food for breakfast. Needs a mosquito net as i got bitten a lot. The soap and shower gels are not very nice in terms of smell, the soap left an oily residue on your hands. Otherwise the hotel was really nice and the staff were friendly

Great location and hotel... the hotel is in an excellent location on the petit beach in Portinaxt. The staff are very professional... polite and caring. Rooms are on 3 floors... no issues with noise during our stay! Food... choices are excellent well prepared... the restaurant...waiters/ waitresses are excellent. Pool areas are immaculate... and bar prices are really good ( we had half board / charged to th room throughoutthexweek ... no surprises on checkout). Great stay ... Portinaxt is great for a weeks unwind!

The hotel is in a beautiful location with some really great restaurants nearby, which was a bonus for us as we were only b&b. The breakfast buffet was a really nice selection although one of the days I was unwell after eating something! The only thing I would mark down this hotel for is the beds. For a 4 star hotel the two single beds pushed together really were not good enough. In fact I think one was a fold out bed. My husband struggled to sleep most nights. Which is a shame as the rest of the hotel has been designed beautifully. They really have thought of everything and made it convenient and comfortable!

The hotel is perfectly located for a quiet retreat, and a short driving distance from all ibiza has to offer. The staff were friendly and attentive. Facilities were very good. Highly recommended.

Such a wonderful adults only resort! We had a second floor ocean view which was spectacular. Room was amazing and the hotel staff very accommodating. Grounds were kept very clean. Continental breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, great breakfast and fine location
Everything was overall very fine, the hotel was clean, nice staff and had a really great breakfast and view from the pool and our balcony :) Portinaxt is a small fairly cute city, but not with that many good restaurants, but in Ibiza you either way often drive out to eat other places. There was maybe a little too few sun beds and people placed their towels on them in the morning before going to breakfast even though it was not allowed.
