The place is a little run down in the rooms:
Shower curtains torn, stained and barely hanging on, furniture warn and dated, not the cleanest.
A/C in room was terrible, we had maintenance come in twice over 3 days and it never really got working properly again unless we reset it every hour ourselves (which made for very warm and stuffy nights with lack of sleep. It was hot just when you came in for the evening and finally cooled by the time you left again. Just to keep repeating the cycle every day.
The hotel itself other than lobby is very dark and not well lit.
A/C everywhere else in the building worked overboard which made it very cold in the building, but as mentioned the rooms were like a furnace.
Out of the way in general and in industrial area. But close to main highways so that was at least a good thing.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton

"The room was clean and neat but not enough towels for 4 persons check in. The staff when we checked in wasn’t very nice but the staff when we checked out was very nice. The air conditioning was nice but make a bit noisy. The water in the bathroom was not very strong but managed to get by."
