Well positioned property,money needs to be spent to justify the rates .. Internet is weak especially in the bedrooms, Televisions are too small, with very poor channel selections ..Needs USB ports in bedrooms The are rooms are spacious but needs updated .. Breakfast was very good . And the people who work at the hotel are very nice. Money needs to spent to justify the overall experience.. I would not stay here again , unless i hear that improvements have been made

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Rooms are really nice and the overall hotel is very clean, aswelll as nice to look at. My only disappointment is they do not do room service. All meals gave to be taken at a seperate building, which is across the road.

"Comfortable airport hotel. We checked in after 3 am and grabbed some quick stuff from continental breakfast Convenient free check out at 2pm offered which is ideal when travelling with a 2 year old. Always my go to choice for Luton airport hotel esp after an early morning arrival."
