I wasn't sent the information to gain entry to the property beforehand. I had to call when I arrived at the property. Smoke detector was disconnected from the ceiling housing and on top of the wardrobe covered in dust would say it's been there some time. The plug sockets held on the wall using parcel tape. Bathroom was grotty, shower curtain should have been replaced along time ago. Did not feel safe or comfortable in this property.

This hotel is a functional, budget-friendly option that covers the basic essentials, but several issues during our stay impacted our comfort. What Went Well: - Basic Utilities: The room was clean, basic, and equipped with the necessary amenities for a simple stay. - Value for Money: As a budget accommodation, it serves its primary purpose if you are simply looking for a place to sleep. Areas for Improvement: - Air Conditioning: Although the room had A/C, we were informed by staff that only two rooms in the building had working units. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably warm. - Service Follow-Through: When we queried the heat, the staff offered to bring a fan to our room. Unfortunately, this promised fan was never delivered. - Bedding Comfort: The pillows provided were extremely thin and lacked the support needed for a comfortable night's sleep. Overall Verdict: While this hotel covers the basics, the lack of functioning climate control and the missed service follow-up on the fan made the stay less comfortable than expected. It is a viable low-cost option, but guests should set realistic expectations regarding amenities and service reliability.

The room was small but adequate but the amenities were exceptional. More than enough food and drink available and all good quality. Do not be put off by external appearances.
