A hidden gem in a great location for wetherby racecourse/ conference centre.
Staff are very friendly and helpful!
Had a great carvery for dinner and a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning.
I couldn't find much about the gym, its quite basic but serves a purpose, added a photo too.

The rooms were dirty bathroom floor dirty hair on it broken toilet seat and broken sink cracked carpet full of stains no heating a electric oil radiator was in room but had no pac test sticker on it and it looked in disrepair.
Over all this is the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune of staying in
