"Wonderful hotel with good transport into London"

"Lovely hotel and so convenient if you’re going to a show in the O2 Arena. This is my third visit to the hotel and will definitely return again. The staff are helpful the place is spotless. The rooms are spacious and beds are sooo comfortable. One tip is, if you don’t fancy paying for a full breakfast, there is a cart outside the entrance for the food hall. On this you have a choice of pastries, fruit and tea and coffee. So well worth a visit if you want something small to start your day. Overall another great trip"

"Arrived early to drop off bags. Gentleman at front desk was lovely… advised to call if we would be back later than 12am. When we came to check in the new man at front desk was quite grumpy. Not very welcoming and did not give us much information. We found more out from the TV in the room which provides information. However, the room, although small, was clean and modern. Everything you need for a little overnight stay. Was welcomed with a free drink as it’s was our anniversary, nice touch. Breakfast was above average for a b&b, good quality. feel in love with Canary Wharf while here! Great stay would come again. Thank you"

"Room is pretty basic but clean like the rest of Hilton Chain. Breakfast team are helpful. Can’t say so with the reception team. Asked for help with the bags at check out , staff sounded shocked upon hearing the request. Came and grabbed one bag begrudgingly. Won’t be back in a hurry"

"Room had no heating, it was broken. Small oil filled radiator inadequate to heat the room. Asked for another duvet, never arrived. Slept in a jumper! Shocking, wouldn’t stay again! "

"From check-in to check-out the staff were lovely and helpful. The room, although generally clean looked a little neglected - chipped paint, scratched surfaces and the curtains had holes in them, but that didn't spoil our stay. The only issues that were a bit poor were the room's air conditioning was as effective as somebody two miles away blowing in our general direction (so we had to get a fan - granted, it was a very hot 4 days) and only one of the lifts (or 'elevators' for our American cousins) was working and even that one had a curious 'glitch' - When arriving at floor 4, it announced "Floor 3". Anyway, all in all we had a lovely stay. I very much liked the scheme where you get rewarded for not having your room serviced every day. Would we stay again? Yes."

"The room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a comfortable stay. However, my check‑in was delayed because Hotels.com sent the hotel incorrect details for my booking — specifically, the wrong first name. As a result, the staff had to spend time verifying that the reservation was actually mine. Everything else on the booking was accurate except for the first name. I’m not sure how this happened, especially since I’ve used Hotels.com to book this same hotel several times without any issues. It would be helpful if this could be looked into to prevent similar delays in the future."
