The hotel looks modern from the outside and is located around a 25-minute walk from the city centre. The area is more on the outskirts, but it is perfectly fine and actually quite convenient if you want to stay relatively close to the centre while still having easy access in and out of the city by car. The breakfast was quite good overall. However, I found the organisation a little unprofessional at times. Breakfast officially started at 8:00, but on some mornings the room was not opened until a few minutes later. It is only a small delay, but if breakfast is advertised from 8:00, I would expect it to be ready at that time. The most disappointing part of our stay was the check-in experience. We arrived early, at around 10:00, and the receptionist told us that our room was not ready yet, but that she would ask the housekeeping staff to prepare it as a priority. Based on that, we went out for a short hike and expected that there was a good chance the room would be ready when we returned. We came back at around 2:00–2:15 pm, but the room was still not ready. We were then told that there was no possibility of getting the room before the official 3:00 pm check-in time. Of course, I completely understand that check-in officially starts at 3:00 pm, and normally that would not be a problem. What I found frustrating was being given the impression earlier that the room would be prepared sooner. If we had changed our plans and returned earlier specifically because of what we had bee
