"Great spot, highly recommend!!"

"Easy to park. Wife would give it 4 stars. 6 yr old would give 5 stars for the rock climbing wall. No lift for 2nd floor rooms and would have life more space to open suitcases but overall nice place to stay."

"It’s good for staying a person."

"Basic hotel with all you need. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was good and staff helpful and friendly"

"What a great neighbourhood of Asama. An easy walk to the Asama Onsen and several quaint retaurants "

"Wonderful food and onsen. Spacious room."

"Traditional hotel well placed for local sights."

"Well maintained roure-inn hotel in the heart of the city."

"Served a great Japanese breakfast each morning."

"Nice stay "

"I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene"
