This hotel was a fantastic stay from start to finish. The location was excellent — close to everything worth seeing in Matsumoto, making it easy to explore on foot. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. A huge bonus: both breakfast and dinner were included, and the quality made it feel like real added value rather than an afterthought. Between the convenient location, great service, and the meals, this place made the whole trip smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Matsumoto — genuinely can’t fault it

It made exploring the city incredibly easy. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a good variety of delicious The only minor downside was that the public bath tended to be quite crowded, especially during the evenings.
