ホテルスタッフにはとても丁寧に対応していただきました。1点、枕が柔らかすぎたので、もしかしたら人によって合わない等あるかもしれません。また、今回は夏場でしたが、湿度が低くなりやすいので、喉の乾燥を抑えるための対策が必要です

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. The funky chair looks nice in the photo, but it is very uncomfortable😂

Watch out! Some rooms not en-suite, only a shared bathroom (on same floor). Didn’t realise when I booked (oversight) Insufficient towels were provided, Why not provide a few extra? Had to ask for a second pillow as only ONE provided and it was “very flat”

Leider roch es im Zimmer nach Zigaretten-Rauch, was sehr unangenehm war. Auch war aus der Beschreibung nicht zu entnehmen, dass sich die Toilette ein Stockwerk unterhalb befindet.

Preis/Leistung gut. Achtung: Nichts für Ruhesuchende! Es gibt 2 Kirchen in der Nähe, wenn die eine mal nicht schlägt tut's die andere; Da helfen weder Ohropax noch Schallschutzfenster, es ist der absolute Horror, ich hab noch nie so laute Glocken gehört, sie läuten auch Nachts & speziell an Sylvester brutal & ohne Ende! Wer dann nicht früh ins Bett will ist gut beraten. Ausserdem knallt es trotz Böller-Verbot, zum Glück nicht die ganze Nacht. Zimmer: Möbilierung nicht praktisch, Bettwäsche roch nach Zigaretten- Rauch...?! Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Angestellte sehr freundlich & aufgestellt.

Super Service, Alpen-chic renoviert
Sehr netter Service, sowohl im Hotel wie auch im Restaurant. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, der Empfangsbereich und die Zimmer wurden aber alle Alpen-chic neu gemacht und sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr zentral gleich beim Bahnhof.

Das Zimmer war OK und sauber. Leider funktionierte die Lampe über dem Waschbecken nicht und die Duschtür ist nicht richtig dicht. Das Zimmer Nr. 2 liegt im ersten Sock zur Straße. Genau darunter ist eine Musikbar. In warmen Nächten halten sich sher viele Jugendliche genau unterhalb des Fensters auf und es ist sehr laut - laute Unterhaltungen, Gelächter, lautes Gröhlen und die Autos fahren grundsätzlich mit quietschenden Reifen vom Parkplatz. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es dann zu warm im Zimmer. Schlafen ist also bis ca. 3:00 Uhr kaum möglich.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel in Ilanz mit schönen Zimmern, gutem Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten am Abend im Restaurant auf der Terrasse gegessen, sehr schöne Auswahl an Gerichten und Getränken, lecker und sehr zu empfehlen.
