The main challenge we faced was we didn't get the check-in details in time. I had to message the host 3 times before they gave any check-in info, which by the way was to *call* their local number... "I booked the hotel for 1 night. When i arrived at the hotel it was completely nasty. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom had hair in it, the beds had orange spots with hair on them. I didnt stay for the night i instantly booked a new hotel, the travelodge it was amazing! I expect a full refund on that hotel i couldn‘t even stay for the night. Horrible experience.."
