"Hotel was a pleasant surprise, better than what we expected, nice clean room ,basic but everything we required was there.Breakfast was very good and you could even help yourself to complementary coffee and cold drinks throughout our stay.Staff were very friendly and helpful 😊 "

"Top hotel! Right opposite the Canning Town tube station and only one stop away from the Greenwich tube station for getting to the O2.
Room was lovely and clean and modern and the bed was super comfy and a decent sized double.
The food was also very nice and the breakfast was one of the nicest that I’ve had at a hotel for quite a while! And the coffee was lovely!
Staff were really friend and attentive and the check in and check out were dealt with nice and quickly. They also hung onto our luggage for us after check out whilst we went off shopping. 😃
Would definitely book here again when coming to the O2. Highly recommended!"
"Everything staff and accommodation was excellent . The breakfast wasn’t very hot and the service inputs was faffy and noisy for other guests . The other guests agreed a hot plate would have been much better than ceramic clinking pots with lids that everyone kept banging throughout breakfast . Other than that it was as brilliant. The staff were so friendly from check-in to cleaners to vet staff and waiters . One waitress was a bit dizzy and left a tray on our table whilst we were getting an update on our coffee and didn’t clean the table next to us very well . I am a caterer and have high waitressing standards but she did do her job with a smile on a Saturday morning . "
