"Lovely hotel. Stayed 2 nights. Had housekeeping after the first night, which is unusual in these post covid days! Room was spotless. Bathroom a bit small. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff were good but definitely not worth the money for an executive suite. The shower was in need of repair, the ceiling paint flaked off midst shower and the shower was really not what was expected for an exec suite. Breakfast was okay but limited and food was okay - I had room service - pizza was greasy and the drink I had chosen was out of stock and then had to wait a further twenty minutes for the alternative. The bed was comfortable, towels fluffy but really not worth the money. "

"I recently stayed at YOTELPAD Stratford and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. We also found someone else’s hair in the shower, and there was noticeable dust on the tables and kitchenette area, which made the room feel neglected. The room itself is extremely small—much smaller than it appears in the photos. As soon as you open the door, you’re immediately in the sink area, which feels cramped and poorly laid out. Another issue was the WiFi, which was very slow and unreliable throughout our stay. On top of that, at around 11:45pm, the fire alarm went off, completely disrupting our sleep. When we called reception, we were told it was triggered by another room, but it still took a long time for us to settle back down afterward. The only real positive is the location, which is convenient. However, overall, I don’t think it offers good value for money. In comparison, Premier Inn is more spacious, more affordable, and a much better experience overall. For what it is, YOTELPAD Stratford simply isn’t worth the price. "

"Stayed in executive room 4th floor with balcony. Spacious and clean with a very comfortable king size bed and sofa. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Nice range of tea and coffee facilities. Conveniently located for O2 using DLR two stop to Canning Town then jubilee line one stop. Lovely cooked breakfast available. Impressive interior with opulent central stair case. Would stay again. "
