The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. Receptionist on shift was very abrupt and rude and clearly miserable in her job. Room was absolutely immaculate, beware parking is £20 flat fee for up to 24 hours.

I could not use the kiosk check in because there was an error with my ref no. The staff were rude and unhelpful at the check in. She did not tell me there was a separate kiosk for the parking. I was told the next day and then even though I paid, still I ended up receiving a parking ticket because they saw me leaving before I paid, then when I came back later in the day I did pay what it was midnight and was classed as the next day.
