"The hotel is 5 minutes walk to Southwalk Train Station. Public transportation in London is fantastic and you can go anywhere with your credit card (no need to buy ticket). Staff is friendly and nice; room is clean and the area is very quiet. Great hotel!"

"Beautiful property with excellent amenities and staff. The daily breakfast is amazing. Some carpet is lifting in the halls and could be a trip hazard. I was disappointed there wasn’t a Dyson hairdryer (as advertised). That was my only complaint, which shows how perfect it was. I’d highly recommend this property. "

"Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We were upgraded from a classic to a deluxe room which was a nice surprise. Only slight disappointment was our view was obstructed by scaffolding so we can understand why they would not offer this as a regular deluxe room right now. Minibar was all inclusive but only soft drinks and a selection of snacks. We had breakfast as part of our stay as well which was very nice. Great selection and very tasty and nice setting. "Amazing team, rooms and location!"

"We arrived at the hotel at 3pm, which was the check-in time and were told that our room wasn’t quite ready. An hour later it still wasn’t ready so we enquired at the Guest Relations desk. A very helpful lady went to investigate and when she returned, she apologised for our wait and said that they had upgraded us to a suite. It was the most beautiful suite we’d ever seen and we really appreciated this gesture. We will definitely be returning (but probably to a normal room!)"
