"Overall very centrally located and easy to walk to main areas and taking the tube. Lots of food places around the area too. Thankfully our room was on the 5th floor so relatively quiet although we did hear from other residents on lower floors complaining on the noise. The hotel room was very hot and hard to sleep at night. The shower unfortunately was either scolding hot or freezing cold. These are minor issues that if resolved would make the stay more pleasurable for guests."

"It was good value. I had the superior room which had a little sofa space. The bathroom is tiny with a shower curtain. The three lifts struggle with the demand of the 10 floor and I did end up spending an age waiting. "
