"Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. "The room was advertised as a double room and indeed there was a double bed in it. The issue was that the double was a small double and pushed up against the window wall so access from both sides was impossible. The room as clean, the bathroom more than adequate and the staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and always present."
