"My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark. Friendly staff made it a great place."

"I stayed here with my daughter when we went to a concert at the O2. It was so easy to get to and from O2 and felt like a safe area and just across the road from the tube station, ideal for us coming back really late. Check in was easy. I liked the vibe when walking into the hotel, felt more like a bar than a hotel lobby. Our room was upgraded which meant it was slightly bigger and had some better refreshments etc. The room was clean, comfortable and really quiet. Will absolutely stay again for future O2 concerts "

"great hotel....location was awesome for concert across in silver works island ...5 min walk ...hotels buffet breakfast was delicious with so much options from cereals,cold meats ,mouth watering pastry selection and hot breakfast options ..also had good decent workout from gym room facilities...staff were friendly and helpful and overall I will definitely be returning on my nxt visit to London..trains into city are bout 10 min walk from hotel and a fun way to explore and get about London so even though hotel is not in city centre it's so easy to get in and out by train so this wasn't an issue but made exploring the city more fun"
