Lovely cabin with a sea view.

A lovely location between ilfracombe and Combe Martin and next to Watermouth Castle. Cabin was spacious and clean with a nice kitchen and dining area with a place to eat outside. Kids loved the heated pool. Staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay again

Got nothing but good things to stay about our stay at watermouth lodges. We arrived early and our cabin was ready, such friendly staff on reception and in the bar area. Food was amazing, property clean and had everything we needed. Great value for money surrounded by such beautiful views and walks. Thanks so much!!

Lovely winter break

Lovely winter break, accommodation very nice, lots of great coastal walks with dog. Only criticism would be not enough heat but it was very cold time of year may be a little electric fire

Good.

The bed was very good. The place was very clean. I would have liked a dry rack for the dishes, though. And we couldn't open the window in the kitchen. But otherwise everything was fine and we had a very nice weekend.

Watermouth lodge

Beautiful location, a shame theovergrown bushes blocked what woukd of been a beautiful sea view. We were late to arrive but we were dealt with quickly, our lodge was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was empty and the play area could do with an update. We didn't use the restaurant but we're told no food was being served at 8:30pm which was disappointing. The shop only had a handful of over priced items and the lady behind the bar was a little rude. We left at 8:30 am and no one was around to hand the keys back to. The location was great, the lodge was nice but I think for the service it was overpriced.

Really enjoyable stay, great location for coastal walks within reasonable distance of local shops and amenities. Site well equipped recently refurbished, accommodation clean and tidy with all items required for a good stay. Would recommend to others

Exploring North Devon

This place was very good value for money. Lovely sea views from the club house area. We visited many places around the north Devon coast and this was an excellent base. You can only get WiFi at the clubhouse which meant we had to have a drink every night in the warmth of a log burner - first world problems!! 😉

Amazing holiday

I went for 4 nights which is definitely not long enough, cabin was incredible. Staff are so helpful and friendly with immaculate cleaning. Felt so safe. Its safe to say i will most definitely going back

Ilfracombe Tunnels wedding stop over

We booked this lodge for a family wedding. Stay was excellent, very roomy for a standard lodge, party of 4 adults. Wonderful views of harbour and castle. Indoor pool was small, but heated. Only downside was late check in 5pm and early check out 10am. But overall would recommend these lodges for cleanliness and visiting Devon coastline.

The location overlooking the bay was beautiful. We had not been warned there were l7 steps up to the lodge from the car park. Dangerous for children and difficult for older people or disabled.

The lodge was absolutely beautiful, everything you would need for a stay away, I can’t complain about anything, very spacious and clean and the views were amazing , definitely coming back

Great views, amenities were good. The lodge was adequate, we had to call out maintenance a few times as we had no heating and it stunk of damp but they came out almost immediately so can't fault them there.
