Beach, dog and family friendly holiday home sleeping up to 6 in Combe Martin

Seaweed Holiday Home is a modern 3-bedroom holiday house located in the seaside town of Combe Martin on the North Devon coast. This newly refurbished self-catering property comfortably accommodates up to six guests plus two dogs and is within easy walking distance of the beach and local amenities, including shops, pubs and restaurants.

The house itself has a nautical theme and has been tastefully decorated throughout. Parking is immediately to the front of the house making it easy to park up and unload before setting off to find the beach. You enter the house via the lovely conservatory with wood bench and space for hanging coats or storing boots. Guests can also enter the house via the rear patio, which is great for those with wet dogs or sandy children, as here you will find a handy outdoor tap with a hose attachment, as well as a purpose built wet-suit hanger. For Easter 2021, a lockable storage facility ideal for bikes, kayaks or surfboards will be located to the rear of the house.

Once inside there is a large open plan living area divided into a comfy lounge, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. In the lounge there are two double sofas and an armchair, other features in the sitting area are a TV with freeview and a lovely wood burning stove, perfect for those cosy winter evenings after a day walking the South West Coast Path. The dining area has a table to seat six and meals can be created within the kitchen, which is fitted with an electric cooker and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine.

There are three bedrooms at the cottage, the first is located on the ground floor and has a standard double bed, this room is situated next door to the downstairs bathroom, which has a walk-in shower, a wash basin and a WC. The final two bedrooms are on the first floor and include a second double with standard size double bed and a large double with super king size bed, which on request can be separated into two single beds. Finally, on the first floor there is a family bathroom that has a bath with shower overhead, a wash basin and a WC.

DOG/PET POLICY
Two dogs are welcome at Seaweed. There is an additional charge of £30 per dog per booking. Please notify us at time of booking, and the additional charge will be added to your booking. All payments must be made prior to arrival.
