Amenities in terms of within the room could be slightly better given the price tag and suite (mini bar and snacks were very highly priced, most hotels would be limited but free for a room such as this). "Some amenities such as the swimming pool was over the road at the sister hotel. Rooms were spotless clean. Large comfortable bed. Extra blankets given on asking as it was cool at night. Upgrade to a room with a side view sea room as the view is amazing. Bus stop outside hotel, number 4 bus direct to Palma takes about 30-40mins. Great choice for breakfast and delicious."

"The hotel was very clean and modern. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks were delicious. Only areas for improvement were that service was slow at times, no one greeted us at breakfast and the pool was ice cold"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Breakfast and dinners were very good. We took advantage of the seafood at every meal. Sea bass, Dorado , colvina , grilled calamar. Deserts ans salads were also fantastic. We stayed for 6 days and drove to different parts of the island and used the hotel as home base. No trip was further than an 1: 15 drive. Parking is 20e per day, water is charged extra, but we went to the shop across the street where is was 1.50 for 1.5 liters. A beautiful sand beach is just a 10 min walk. Will stay again when we return to Mallorca"

"The hotel does not have hot tubs as advertised in Expedia. No coffee machine in the room. (First time I see this in my life). You can find coffee only at the buffet if you pay for it. or wait until 10 am for the pool bar with cafeteria. There is no option of coffee in the rooms for the ones who likes to have coffee first thing in the morning while still in pijama. The air conditioner fan was pretty loud like is broken or need maintenance. we couldn’t use it. Elevator display fell off while we were using it. Other than this, it was fine, very relaxing, clean, quiet, beds are ok, location is great, neighborhood is lovely, chick in was easy, and nice staff. "

"I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma. Breakfast was a highlight particularly the à la carte options, which were high quality and very enjoyable. The buffet selection was a bit more average in comparison, especially considering the overall standard of the hotel. The swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding public areas of the hotel were also kept to a high standard. The location is convenient, with Palma about a 15-minute taxi ride away and Puerto Portals around 10 minutes by taxi. Although I didn’t have lunch or dinner at the hotel, the menu looked appealing. Overall, the staff were consistently helpful, and I had a very pleasant stay. "
