"We had a lovely stay, paid a bit extra to have the top floor balcony with partial views of the sea. The room had everything we needed. The bathroom door could do with being checked so it didn't get stuck when trying to close it. Otherwise, the pool was great, we loved the location, not far into Palma town, with easy transport options."

"We love this hotel! It’s location and services are amazing. Everything is clean and enjoyable. The access to the ocean is super convenient and fun, as well as their pools on site. The dinner was a bit of a let down for us personally but there was a lot to choose from! The breakfast is amazing. We will be returning!"

"The hotel is somewhat overrated by global standards. I would rate it as a 3-star property. The building itself is showing its age, although the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the renovation completed a few years ago appears to have been done with lower-quality materials and workmanship, which may not hold up well over time. On the positive side, the staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk team, along with the restaurant and bar staff, made us feel welcomed. The 24-hour front desk service is also a significant convenience, especially for international travelers arriving at late hours. Overall, while the property could benefit from better maintenance and higher-quality renovations, the service provided by the staff was a highlight."

"Hotel was excellent, location is right on the beach, room was modern and cleaned daily. Pool area is lovely and easy access to the beach. Breakfast was also good. The only criticism I can make is the junior suite we had booked was on the first floor, and looking out the balcony all you could see was a huge tree blocking everything. An amazing feature for the restaurant below but it does block all light out as well as the view. I didn’t see any warning of this on the website and I feel you should clearly warn someone before they book."

"Room was very clean and the aircon and WiFi both worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for beach and transport, and the room had a fantastic view. The pool wasn’t large but was adequate for a dip. Steps into pool at one corner were good. Lifeguard on duty and you could rent towels but we’d brought our own. 30 minute rule so there was never an issue getting a sun lounger as you weren’t allowed to leave towels on a sun lounger for more than 30 mins unless you were actually using the lounger, with the exclusion of eating or drinking in the poolside bar area. Not an adults only hotel but we saw very few children - probably as they didn’t have a kids pool or play area. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Really handy for airport, and close to Palma without being in Palma. Some good restaurants, a couple of mini markets and bus stops nearby, but not on the main road so quiet at night."

"A Gem in Illetas, Mallorca – A Wonderful Place with a Big Heart! Hotel Bon Sol is a truly magical place that wins you over from the very first moment! It is far more than just a typical holiday hotel; it feels like a medieval castle thanks to the impressive collection of artwork displayed at every turn. The gardens are an absolute paradise, and the pool areas offer total relaxation. What makes this place so special, however, is the people. The fact that it is a family-run hotel shows in every single detail. The owner is constantly present among the guests, extremely attentive and involved, making sure everyone feels right at home. A special shout-out goes to the staff, especially Aziza from the beach restaurant – an incredible person! Always smiling, extraordinarily hard-working, helpful, and constantly around to make sure you have everything you need, bringing such positive energy to the day. The food was also exceptional – fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. It is the perfect place to feel pampered and truly valued."
