"Room was small, but had a bit more space than other hotels we stayed in Japan. Bathroom was a sufficient size for us and had a clothes line that you could use in the bath which was helpful for drying laundry. Liked that the bathroom light and room light had a dimmer on it. Good location about a 10-15 minute walk from Tokyo Station. Staff were nice. Would stay here again."

"Expensive for little value. I paid $760 CAD for 3 nights and got a tiny room with a smelly bathroom (decomposition in pipes), mold in bathroom, sheets that caused my skin to itch. Wish I stayed at Mitsui Garden in Yokohama (4 star stunning) for the same price and Tokyo and Yokohama are only 30 mins apart. "
