About this space
Beach Club Condominium community is an exceptional community that is landscaped as if you pulled into a resort style living! The pool, gym, clubhouse, hot tub , shaded and sunny lounging areas adds to the upscale feeling of luxury living! You will love the community and what it has to offer, walk to dining, shopping is close by for all your needs and only 3 blocks to the beach! Florida has a wonderful rule.. no tourist tax charged on bookings over 6 month/1 day! Taxes apply otherwise.
The space
Bedrooms both have ensuite accommodations for your privacy! Condo is directly across from the clubhouse and pool. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo for added convenience!
Entire condo is for you to enjoy! You will enjoy the balcony, that overlooks the pond and very close to the clubhouse, pool, gym and hot tub. There is a bike rack, if you choose to bring your bike. Great community area to take a bike ride, you can take a ride, or stroll.. to several restaurants, many within walking distance!
Other things to note

Snowbird Season (January-March)... booking accepted only in full month increments. Not accepted: January 15 to February 15. Must be full month booking, by the entire month. Accepted bookings .. Example January 1-31. February 1-28, March 1-31... minimum of full month, welcome to book all three Snowbird Season months, plus! Private message with any questions/ special requests.

Very quiet condo complex.Check in was easy, owner quick to respond to questions,Condo very clean, walking distance to stores and beach.Enjoyed our stay very much!

First, not as advertised. Not quiet or peaceful, very loud noisy neighbors with stomping and loud music into the late hours and early mornings. Strong mold smell, dust under furniture with food debris. Very dirty dishes with encrusted food and grease on them. Dirty laundry left in closet, stained sheets, bed cover and pillows. When mold issue addressed with host was advise she could not accommodate our earl departure or refund us duevto mold and health concerns. Although listed as renovated many loose tiles missing grout, poor dryer installation and stained or mildew showers. Could not access or see dryer controls due to water heater installation. Directly on top of dryer.During our stay no notice givecfor termites inspection. Sink in main bathroom very slow to drain. Good, grounds were nice, wildlife views, close to restaurants Altogether not worth the money spent
