This property features 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, along with 4 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers. Guests can enjoy amenities like heating, WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, and AC. This penthouse condo is beautifully decorated and has four decks for viewing sunrise off the beach and sunset off the inland side. Fall in love with Indian River Shores and enjoy the magic it has to offer. There is a three month minimum for this property. The rate is monthly $8500 off season and $12,500 during peak season.
