Very central hotel, just a 5 minute walk from the train station. The communal areas are lovely and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms need a bit of TLC. Scuffed floors, chipped woodwork, chips in the bathroom basin. They just need a bit of attention to detail. The pillows are very small and extremely soft so it's worth asking the staff at reception for more supportive, ergonomic pillows. There are 2 thin single duvets on a double bed. No double duvets are available. There is a courtyard across the street that plays very loud music. It doesn't go on too late but if I had a baby or a young child, this would have been a problem. Even with the windows closed tight, it was still very loud. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with a central location. If they refreshed the rooms a bit, it would be great.

Well, it was downtown, so very walkable. Next to a small grocery store and the hop on and off buses as well as the central train station.
That said, the room was really small snd we had a triple? Wow. There was no coffee or refrigerator in the room. Coffee is always available in the lobby, but only if youre a member of their club. And no cup lids!
Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially albin? Tall young bearded guy on the evening shift. A young lady also gave helpful dinner information. No earlier checkin available as advertised.
The buffet breakfast was extensive. European choices, often unusual for Americans.
