"The hotel is in excellent condition and the staff was absolutely amazing! While I am not a breakfast person they have a good breakfast included in the room rate which is a real plus. If there is one thing I'd say is - while the cleaning crew was very professional and courteous, when I checked in the microwave in my room was dirty and it took three phone calls before someone came to clean it. However, once there they ensured it was spotless! Also, in the daily cleaning they didn't vacuum the room. Since we hadn't made a mess, it didn't bother me but that should be part of the daily ritual in my opinion. Else, it is a great hotel, and I would love to come back and stay again. It will be my new favorite in B'burg. "

"Great option for families, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The property building is brand new and shiny. Really clean and tidy. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as there were some things not working and not offered and the cutlery and plates are all disposable which is a shame for the environment. The location is great, good food options and a supermarket just in a walking distance so given the well equipped kitchen you can cook your favs"
