"The barndo was cute w/ a great view and our stay was great. I rated as 4 stars overall b/c we were not aware that the longhorns would be roaming and my husbands truck could not fit under the deck parking area so the cows scratched my husbands truck. Most of the scratches can be buffed out - we hope. Also, we did not expect the dogs to be out and roaming and barking at us. Otherwise, the barndo itself was clean and neat and very cute. We would stay again just perhaps bring a smaller car that could fit under the parking area now that we know what to expect."

"Our host, Greg, was outstanding when came to communications. His clear, simple instructions on checking in and out made the process easy. He was always quick to respond to all of my text questions. He made us feel valued. The basket of snacks with the bottle of wine was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. As soon as you walk in front door, your eyes are drawn to the back wall of windows overlooking the lake. A spectacular view! We spent a lot of time on that back porch watching all the birds in the trees and all the water fowl on the lake. Being a home chef, the spacious kitchen was really welcomed. All the utensils you would need were available. Even the coffee brewer worked perfectly. You will not go wrong if you rent this home for a stay in Burnet. Oh , if you are a wine enthusiast, please visit Uplift Vineyards (reservations needed) and Persissos Vineyards. Just minutes from this home."

"First, the House and Property were just as advertised. It was super quiet, beautiful view, caught some perch and few drum by the dock, and let them live to fight another day. It was close to several other lakes and sites, which made it great central location. The House was clean enough and no fault of the Owners, however it could have had a bit more attention before our arrival. Again, no fault of the owners and it was a great stay. "

"Fun house to stay at with nice views. Our dogs enjoyed running up and down the yard and jumping into the lake. We have stayed here 3 times and have not been disappointed."
