"This property is very dated for the 495 per night price .The sofa bed was in terrible shape, bad mattress and grungy. Bathroom had dirty tile grout, bathroom fan was clogged with dust. The only bright side was the staff was very kind and went over and above to try to help with our concerns. Security was non existent. Anyone can come and go. Should have locked gates with card only access. Very disappointed. "

"It is in need of a lot of renovations. Carpet is gross, there was yellow liquid in our bath when we arrived and stains on the sheets. Overall met the need but wasn’t great. Pools were nice though. Ice machine was broken on our level and sink in our room was dirty. "

"The cabin and setting were lovely, and our first day was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the next morning was disrupted by extremely loud construction and strong fumes, which was especially difficult since we came for fresh mountain air to help with asthma. The front desk was not very helpful at first and simply pointed to a small sign about construction, even though we booked through Expedia and had no prior warning. Only after several guests complained were we offered another cabin. We chose to spend the day outdoors until the noise stopped at 5 p.m. Overall, it’s a nice facility, and I would have rated it a 10 if the staff had been more honest, empathetic, and accommodating about the construction situation."

"Dated property. Comfortable rooms & beds, and a friendly and helpful staff."

"Only suggestion would be some food and snack options. They just recently remodeled so looks like they were working on a few things"

"Swimming pool was heated to a hot tub temp. And it was 100 degrees outside. Not good for the kids."
