"This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Frankfurt right next to the Old Opera House. Perfectly situated for exploring the city. Hotel is spotless and staff cant do enough for you. Breakfast is fantasic, facilities and rooms are great. Cant fault it. "

"The staff was so helpful every time we had a question. Our room was clean and well laid out. The location was quiet and it was easy walking distance to the placed we wanted to see. I would stay there again."

"This was a fabulous stay. Location is a bit questionable. My only negative comment about the actual hotel is that if you need a bathroom and it can’t wait and your are in the lobby, they do not have a way to get to the bottom floor , steps in my. With an injured hip, they were not able to offer elevator use even though there was an elevator there . "

"Breakfast was excellent. Gentleman running breakfast is excellent. Room cleaned thoroughly every day. Sauna /Footbath excellent. Negatives. Could not check in early after 18 hr flight. Very limited (2) English TV"

"The hotel is great and has very nice premises. It is very well located, allowing you to be near subway and close to downtown, without the annoying crowds and traffic. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Their gym is partnered with an amazing Club with great amenities such as pools, sauna, very well equipped gym etc"

"Excellent service but the AC did not work well. Also no phone to call for service. Beware, the shower in the king size bedroom is a glass one (see through)!"
