I was greeted by lovely young ladies at reception who made us feel very welcomed. Also, ladies in the cafe at breakfast were very nice, polite and helpful. We were very pleased with the staff, and the garden suite was beyond our expectations. Hope to come back one day!

The location was perfect, it is settled among quaint shops and a very lovely waterfront. There are a lot of great dining options and lots of little shops, it is also a stones throw to Inverary Castle. In all it was one of our favorite stays.

We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power. She was there to assist us right away. Heather was our server and was wonderful as well when we had breakfast. Breakfast was delicious. The only note that I would make is that the stairs to the room were narrow but more then manageable as long as you don’t have over large luggage.
