Location was close to the railway station

It's quite basic accomodation. OK if you're not used to space and luxury. Beds and shower are alright.
We had some trouble with the number key to the main entrance. Staff is friendly.

PRO: central location, convenient, clean, safe, walkable
CON: parking is ~2 blocks away for 9-12GBP/day, some furnishings were in poor repair, bathroom fan broken.
Very convenient little rooms right downtown. Very pratical ! Clean and comfortable room in the middle of the city. Very easy to find and access.

Overall, a good room for one night in a very central location. It was very clean and tidy, apart from one area. The blinds were very dusty when I went to close them. Not a big deal to myself, but other guests might be unhappy with this.
Stayed here for one night with friends while travelling home to Lanarkshire from Durness. Arrived about 9pm and left at 5am. Perfect for this. Great location , easily get on and off the A9. Had a good sleep. Shower was ideal. Ticked all the boxes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again .

Very bare bones accommodation. There was no toiletries provided. Area was quiet and room was plenty big for multiple people to stay together. Disappointed with 10am check out time. Lots of good dining options around
No staff, self check-in which was easy. Clean room, no frills, great price for the location. Mostly younger guests who were a bit noisy ( Saturday night) but settled down by midnight. This was a very nice guest house stay in an easy location, parking a few blocks away in a multilevel car park. Maybe have some cups in the room, even paper cups would be a good addition . I would stay here again.
This is an extraordinary operation. No desk, no staff, no amenities, just a nice clean room with comfortable beds and a clean, functioning bathroom. Luxury it is not, but very comfortable, especially for us who do nothing but sleep and wash in our rooms. The location is superb, close to station, good restaurants, shops, etc., and the price is very reasonable. We would certainly stay there again and recommend to friends who are not looking for luxury.

Great spot conveniently located. Clean and comfortable…Management was unreachable so I was unable to change my room which I had for two weeks. I ended up burning incense to deal with the mildew odor in the bathroom.

Bed was comfortable. Bath and face towels for all guests. Smart tv was a bonus with free wifi. Could do with hand towel holder and toilet roll holder in toilet / shower room. Only 1 socket which I could see available. Flexible checkout would also be good (currently at 10am) would be great if you could extend time until 12pm for late checkout. Self check in and out was great. Next door room to us was noisy (shouting n swearing in the night and morning) so a sign to respect other guest would also be good. Some information abouts what’s around would also be good. But overall was a nice stay and would stay here again and also recommend.
Needed a place to stay the night during a quick trip through Inverness. This place was very conveniently located. They were quite accommodating with allowing baggage storage outside of checkin and checkouts times. The furniture and linens were a bit old and while not entirely comfortable were adequate.
Was looking for an inexpensive place to spend a night. But this place is horrible. The beds smell, linen isn’t changed and towels for bathroom are horrible. The beds squeak and make noise so you can’t even sleep. Not sure why Hotels.com offers this property on its website
The room was clean but as bare-bones as it gets. There were some mould issues in the bathroom and the shower flooded within the first couple minutes of my shower, causing me to have to use 2 of the 3 provided towels to sop up the water. There wasn’t even so much as a kettle in the room, and only a tiny garbage can in the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. And the noise from the street was quite excessive. The room was fine for this weekend but I feel it was very overpriced for what you actually receive.
Toilet was not clean lots of stairs tv and WiFi not working. No kettle , no wardrobe or storage. Noisy neighbours .never seen anyone with regards to the place. £300 is far to much just for the most basic room ever . Will not be back.
