This was a very lovely little inn that has had some lovely modernisation. The new bar at the rear was great. Lots of choices of drinks at very reasonable prices. The restaurant area where we had our breakfast was also very clean and modern but still retained some character and charm off an old inn. Our bedroom which was situated upstairs in the inn was very nice, clean, modern with a good size bathroom and a lovely rainfall shower. Tea and coffee facilities provided which is always a nice touch. Our only negative was that we arrived thinking we would eat lunch before checking in but the whole place is closed until check in time which is 3pm at which time the bar opens and you can check in but the restaurant doesn’t open until 5pm so we had to drive back into the little town to have lunch. We did stay in April so this may change in the summer season. All in all a very nice place to stay.

The setting of this hotel was lovely and in walking disrance to the village. Very clean, excellent quality, food amazing and staff were very attentive and professional. The decor was very nice both indoors and outdoors. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
