This was a very lovely little inn that has had some lovely modernisation. The new bar at the rear was great. Lots of choices of drinks at very reasonable prices. The restaurant area where we had our breakfast was also very clean and modern but still retained some character and charm off an old inn. Our bedroom which was situated upstairs in the inn was very nice, clean, modern with a good size bathroom and a lovely rainfall shower. Tea and coffee facilities provided which is always a nice touch. Our only negative was that we arrived thinking we would eat lunch before checking in but the whole place is closed until check in time which is 3pm at which time the bar opens and you can check in but the restaurant doesn’t open until 5pm so we had to drive back into the little town to have lunch. We did stay in April so this may change in the summer season. All in all a very nice place to stay.

The setting of this hotel was lovely and in walking disrance to the village. Very clean, excellent quality, food amazing and staff were very attentive and professional. The decor was very nice both indoors and outdoors. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel and restaurant. We had a hard time sleeping due to others staying at the hotel talking in the Courtyard until 5am.

The Loch Ness Inn was a wonderful overnight stay before heading up the NC500. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The restaurant had excellent food. Would highly recommend staying here on your travels.

Awesome Place to stay
The staff were warm and welcoming. Bar staff were fantastic! We met some new friends which indicates that your clientele have similar interests. Keep it up! Wait - maybe directions could be a bit better. Hard to find using the GPS of the rental car

Little gem in the north
Last minute booking and what an AMAZING little gem! Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with a great little pub. I definitely recommend having the breakfast here too! 2min drive from Urquhart Castle.

Ticking all the boxes.
This trip was everything and more I had envisaged staying in a small village on the edge of the lock surrounded by scottish highlands. The hotel was the best, the bar was the locals choice,which created an atmosphere that was warm,friendly and very engaging. The restaurant was second to none and the staff were impeccable.

Great hotel for a family stay in Loch Ness. Comfy room and lovely breakfast. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was great and the staff were all fab.

Room was lovely, very cosy in the rain and cold, condition was good, very clean and modern Service in the evenings was ok, mornings wasnt as good, only one person for everyone and he coulsnt coordinate things very well Food was just ok, smoked salmon wasnt smoked salmon Dinner menu must have changed compared to what was advertiaed
