We loved the spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen, but the outside was so special - we ate every meal on the terrace and used the bbq every night. The heated pool was gorgeous and so much bigger than we expected! Our host Rosanna was very helpful and easy to contact, and she had provided some food essentials when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The daily housekeeping was much appreciated too....

"Clean room with stunning views of Old Fort and Albania. Reception, bar, and roof top restaurant staff were all excellent and very helpful with only staff who were good but not to the high standard of other areas being breakfast staff. Breakfast basic with cooked food barely warm and eggs solid. Well situated hotel in an interesting area of the town with the undoubted highlight being the rooftop restaurant where food and service was very good but early evenings views particularly of sunset and moon rising outstanding. Stay there again without hesitation."

"Nice hotel and we loved our room as it had its own pool with an excellent view. Breakfast in a morning was nice but they just couldn't get coffee hot, even the staff said the same, not great for a 5 star hotel. A very sterp hill up to this property and you can get the golf buggy to take you from your room to the town down the hill and phone reception to get it to come and collect you. They dont tell you this you have to find out for yourselves. Even though its a nice hotel its lacking some central bar where you can have a drink or have a chat with people. Used the Flow bar once but the staff couldn't be bothered to come back to serve us so after 10mins of waiting we got up and left. Service was hit and miss and for the money you pay i would expect better for a 5 star hotel"
