"Parking available but expensive. Air conditioning was provided by an open window that allow for the busy city noise to be loud and constant. "

"Excellent location to walk to many broadway shows. Good variety of items for breakfast. Good security for elevator and front entrance. Felt safe here. Great stay!"

"I didn’t mind the room I got but it wasn’t the one I reserved. There wasn’t a tv or microwave but we weren’t in the room long so that’s okay. There were 3 females so more mirrors would have been nice but it was a great stay. Staff was so friendly."

"they were able to resolve the issue, but when we arrived, the smoke detector was disabled and there was a very loud noise coming from the vent. we were early and told that we would be notified when the room was ready. we were not given a room till after 4pm. I was told that the room I had been booked for, had an elite member and they had a late checkout, so we would be given a different room. overall it was a very nice stay, beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, staff was very nice."

"Me encantó la ubicación del hotel, tienes cerca el times square y un montón de cosas que hacer, es un hotel estratégico para moverte al rededor de la ciudad. El hotel estuvo muy limpio y nada ruidoso, en las mañanas te incluye café gratis en el lobby, el personal amable aún que no tuve mucha interacción con ellos pero definitivamente voy a regresar, el precio es justo .. y plus pude dejar mis maletas después del check out casi todo el día y solo tuve que pagar una propina , 100% contenta con mi estadía"
