"Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils, property was beautiful with wild turkeys roaming daily. It is an older home with minor issues with wabbly toilets when sitting down and boards on deck loose. Our check out was at 11am and the wi-fi shut down at 8am, the family gave it a 3.5-4 stars with emphasis on comfort and beauty of property"

"This property is amazing! We had a group of 12 and 9 of them were under the age of 18. They all had an incredible time and never seemed to be bored! The view is so beautiful and the house was very clean! We will definitely be returning!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Exception MTN Retreat. The house was clean at check in, the kitchen well stocked and having two frigs was a plus to accommodate our family and grandkids. They were always quick to reply with our questions and resolved one issue we had. We also enjoyed the large yard, all the toys for kids, the hot tub and quiet location. We had four cars and there was ample space to park. I would certainly recommend the house and it is one we would come back to in the future. "
