"Clean and tidy room which was heated to a comfortable temperature. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is the extortionate cost to park my car in the car park of the hotel I have paid to stay at. £18 is unbelievably expensive when we were only there from 6pm to 11:45am the following day. This will definitely influence my decision about where I stay next time I am up visiting relatives in the area"

"We stayed with 2 wee ones (7 months and 28 months) and the hotel provided 2 travel cots set up on arrival. We had a suite too which allowed us access to the club lounge on the 15th floor. The girl in the lounge was lovely and allowed me to take a few bits back down to our room as our kids were asleep. "

"Breakfast delicious. Good idea although buffet style hot food it is served onto your plate by staff. Bedroom on groundfloor. Bed quite small for 2, almost a 3/4 bed. Staff in reception very pleasant and helpful with car parking. "

A few times they went to room but it carried on reception this morning weren’t that bothered never stay my there again her attitude was they did leave after 1 am joke of an answer to give a paying customer who needs sleep as working away "
