"Loved our stay at SLS. All of the staff were amazing especially the bartenders in the Monkey Bar and in the pool bar. The staff bringing drinks on the beach were amazing as well and work so hard. The sand was great, the lounge chairs were fantastic and plentiful. Not a resort where you have to get up at 6am and save spots. Also, no towel cards, amazing and please never change it. The food at Ziggys was amazing, best guacamole ever. The booked restaurants were hit and miss, the Mexican food was not great, and most of the restaurants take 2 hours to eat and the food comes warm at best. The really only complaint was the music by the adult pool. It’s never ending overly loud and no one wants techno and house music from 10am-4pm. We just want to relax by the pool and on the beach. You can’t even drown out the music with headphones. I heard so many complaints by so many people, we asked but nothing was ever done about it. It’s ok to party by the pool but no one was into the music being played. Other than that, would highly recommend, but if the music doesn’t change it would probably stop us returning to this resort it was that bad. "
