"Ya llevo 4 años visitando esta propiedad y lo que no me gustó fue que ahora hicieron un grupo Élite el cual no puede disfrutar todos porque en mi caso fui a reservarlo y no pude por tener niños incluso planteó que mi interés era comer en el restaurante de élite y que si podía pagar y tampoco me facilitaron eso , un lugar donde siempre tuve buenas experiencias pero esta vez eso me sorprendió"

"We decided on this resort because it was fairly new and in an area that we’ve never stayed before. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The property is very clean, modern and spacious. Check in was simple and fast. We had the swim out suite and it was beautiful and spacious and the water was always clean. The beach was very nice and it was well maintained with minimal sargazo. The staff at the pool were so attentive, Bettyna was so kind to us and even though we had our own swim out pool I kept finding myself heading to where she was by the pool because her service was excellent and she made the day so much better. The staff running the pool side activities were wonderful ! Mario and Chris were professional and fun and made us feel like we knew them forever! The food was very good for an all inclusive resort which we were very happy with. The only negative things I would say : my boyfriend has a tree nut allergy. On the day we arrived and waited for our room we headed to buffet. He ate some rice and discovered it contained nuts. He asked the waiter who wasn’t sure about contents of dish. The sign above the food did not state it contained nuts. This happened one more time at the breakfast buffet a few days later. He needed to take Benadryl Both times. Management was made aware. We lost power in the room on the last day. There were also many spiders found in the room. Idk if maybe cause we were on ground floor and they have a garden right outside the door."

"We stayed for 5 nights 6 days. We had a ln wonderful time for our first time in Mexico. We are happy we decided on Riu Latino out of all the riu locations. We went for my fiancé birthday! The staff gets a 9/10 they make sure you are taken care of. The rooms are very spacious and roomy. I only didn’t like that a restaurant would say theyre open and they wouldnt be. The food was great we ate a lot of tacos of course. Everything was very fresh even the sushi at the Asian restaurant was fantastic! We tried all their restaurants during our stay my favorite was their steak house & Asian style. The drinks were great too they made whatever you asked for. The have a lot of options for dinner/lunch. It was something to do all day for everyone. The 5 Pools made it great to not be over crowed at all. Only thing I also didn’t like the excursion on property definitely will scam you. Online it told me I couldn’t pay or get an appt till I got our hotel room number. Then I reserved it and the day of jet ski they made me pay 112 when online it said 70. So I say book your excursions off property a lot of places pick you up anyways. That’s on them if they wanna be money hungry but other than that everyone was great! Pool parties are also a vibe they keep them clean and food at Pepe’s stays open till 5 10/10"

"My wife and I had an amazing stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. We stayed in a beautiful swim-out suite, which was the perfect place to relax. The food exceeded our expectations with plenty of delicious options at every meal. A special thank you to Alex for taking such great care of us with beach service. He was always friendly, attentive, and made our beach days even more enjoyable. The beach itself was incredible, with crystal-clear turquoise water and soft white sand. The grounds are beautifully maintained and create such a peaceful, tropical atmosphere. We also treated ourselves to the spa, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The hydrotherapy was relaxing and well worth the experience, and the massage was excellent. It was the perfect way to unwind and added even more to an already incredible vacation. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic couples resort where you can truly relax, Beloved Playa Mujeres is hard to beat. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Me and my family loved the Catalonia. The food was really good. And at the buffet the food was hot. The staff was nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only issue I had was at checkout they charged me for either a meal or drink. They did take it off but it took a while and we had a flight to catch. Other than that the resort was great."
