On arrival our sheets had stains on them our bin wasn’t emptied had food and cigarettes, pots and pans were peeling and unusable. Staff was kind and helpful after telling them.

Staff were super helpful, mailed back a charger that I left at the accommodation!
Staff were super helpful by text when I had questions about check in.
Only downside was that room was incredibly small and the bathroom in particular was a struggle to use with the limited space.
