"Beautiful country manor and grounds but once you turn off the main road, it’s a rough single-track road for quite a bit. Not something I would like to traverse at night driving back and forth into Portree for dinner. But, the good news is there is no need to because the food, both dinner and breakfast, are sublime. Our room on the attic level required a climb up two flights and was a bit small and Spartan but comfortable nevertheless."

"This was such an idyllic place to stay in Skye. The view was incredible and the inside was beautiful too. Iain gave us all the info we needed well in advance and even left us a lovely note and snacks as it was our honeymoon. Being able to do laundry was a huge plus too! "We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting is spectacular, the views are incredible, and the grounds are lovely. We really enjoyed taking the time to explore the property. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. We especially appreciated the unlimited water, hot chocolate, tea, and Nespresso pods. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and having electrical outlets on every wall was surprisingly convenient. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast could not have been better. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but we would particularly like to mention Cat and Frazier at the front desk. They were exceptionally welcoming, accommodating, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The magnificent setting, comfortable accommodations, excellent food, and outstanding staff made this a truly memorable stay. We would gladly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed here rather than booking a hotel on the main isle of Skye. It was a wonderful way to get away from the hustle and bustle. We were there with our 7 month old baby and the staff and other guests were understanding and kind about us having him. Between the welcome drink, the complimentary tour and tasting, and the complimentary cold breakfast the next morning, we absolutely feel like the distillery offered a wonderful experience and value for our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful touches like cookies, teas, hot chocolate, and coffee. Further, the view could not be beat. This stay was a once in a lifetime experience for us, but we would not hesitate to do it and stay at the Raasay distillery again."

"My only regret about staying here is that we didn't stay longer!! The property is stunning. I could have spent the whole stay inside, but there's too much to see on Skye. Grace was an amazing host with excellent communication and tips. I can't wait to come back to this property and stay longer!"
