I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, lovely, and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and kindly provided me with an electric kettle upon request. The location is unbeatable; it's very close to transit stations, which made exploring all parts of Istanbul so easy and convenient. Even getting to the airport by train was smooth and effortless thanks to its prime location. Highly recommended!

What makes this hotel unique is the staff. The staff at the reception area and the restaurant were excellent, and genuinely eager to help. I have been in Istanbul a number of times before. I believe this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Many thanks to all the hotel staff members.

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel,The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the overall service was welcoming. However, we noticed that a few staff members in the dining area were serving food without gloves. It is a minor hygiene issue, but fixing this would make the hotel experience five-star. We would still recommend staying here!"

Great location for the beautiful Shezade mosque. Within walking distance of Tramway Sultan Ahmet and metro. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Elevator easy access. Hot water and rooms and bedding fresh and room clean daily. Highly recommended

Our stay was short. We had a four bed room for one overnight out by 5am. They were hospitable hosts. Bathroom drainage was slow but everything was manageable. Noisy street at night and we couldn’t close the window fully. There was an AC. Didn’t stay for breakfast. 2.5 to 3 star class amenities.

The room, though small was very clean, and air conditioned by its own mini-split AC. The room had its own small refrigerator, a private attached bathroom with basic amenities. The general area downstairs had free Turkish tea available at all hours. In the evening the staff would lay out bowls of seasonal fruit at no charge. Location wise, it is in the Old part of the city. So the metro station is quite close. Tram is a 10 minutes walk away, and 1 stop away from the Tram station is the Grand Bazaar.
