The location is perfect, nice little hotel with very helpful staff, friendly and smiling all the time. Room isn't very big, but well presented, and very clean. Breakfast mediterranean style, fesh and tasty. Definitely value for money.

Little Gem in Sultanahmet
We had a great time - the location is fantastic - a couple of mintes from tram stations and major attractions. The service was excellent and the owners were very friendly. The room we stayed in was a bit small, but this is quite normal for hotels in the old city and definitely great value for money.

It's a boutique hotel in old city neighboorhood, and the room m2 is written in our room facilities. Given the fact that it is a neighboorhood in old city town, we try to help our guests as much as we can. Also, we offer tea and coffee at the lobby for our guests. Staff are amazing, very friendly and always able to helpnwith whatever queries oe questions. Locality is superb, everything wthin walkng distance, tram stop literally outside hotel. Even though very central, busy with lots of noise and music, absolutely nothing can be heard from the rooms which is amazingly quiet and can get a good nights sleep!

The hotel is strategically located walking distance to visit most of the attractions of Istambul. The people who work there are very friendly and love helping the guests. Nice breakfast in a petit area they have at the entrance. The hotel is small but comfortable, it has elevator in case guests need to go to the Upper floors.it better to stay in the second floor upwards, since it is easily heard the noise or conversations in the lobby if you are staying in the first floor. Finally, the área is sorrounded by good restaurants.

the staff was super friendly and amazing but the room's bathroom ruined everything. it was in a horrible condition, full of mald and the flushing was bad, water was stucking in the shower and you could not finish your shower without waiting for the water to wash down. moreover, the room was too warm and imposible to breathe during a day

I recommend this hotel!
The employees are very helpful, respond to every request, speak good English. Breakfast is quite decent. The hotel is conveniently located from the city's main attractions. The only drawback is the very cramped shower.

Se dovessi giudicare solo la stanza darei 3/5: molto piccola con pavimento sollevato in alcuni punti, bagno minuscolo. Ma alla cordialità del servizio, alla disponibilità di tutti coloro che si sono fatti in 4 per noi, alla posizione unica a metà strada tra gran bazar e piazza con le moschee, al letto comodissimo e alla pulizia devo dare 5/5. Complessivo 4/5. Consigliatissimo. Bravi!!

Its a very small hotel. Just 8 tiny rooms. But the location is great. Really 5 minutes walk to all historical places like Ayasofya, Blue Mosque, Topkapi and Grand Bazaar. 30 Minutes walk to Suleman's Mosque. Good Breakfast. Receptionist Mr. Memet (Mohamnad) is a very nice person. Always ready to help the gues.

I guess it is a case of you get what you pay for. A large double bed was definitely a plus and room service did a good job in cleaning the room. Downside would have to be the lack of variety at Breakfast.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Staff are nice. They take their time. Bed is great. Ample space in the room. Lots of plug ins. Has a small mini bar fridge an no outrageous prices. AC worked well. Bathroom is enough room. Shower did leak a bit but hot water was always there. Great restaurants right out of the door. Close to blue mosque, Sultanahmet square and grand bazaar. Also the airport. Shuttle is right nearby too. I would stay here again.

Amazing trip
One of the amazing hotels that I’ve visited, yes the room was a bit small, but everything was good, for example the area, and the hotel is near the tram, and the cleanliness of the rooms, they clean the rooms every day with changing towels ,soaps and shampoos, the breakfast is also good, the treatment of the workers are amazing, they were lovely with us.

Overall a very nice place to stay. The bed was so comfortable that sitting on it made me sleepy. My room was very clean but there are corrupted parts on the wallpaper. Noise from neighboring restaurants and pubs isn't an issue if you go to sleep at 11pm or later. The staff were all very friendly and I was offered a cup of hot tea everytime I came back to the hotel at night.

cute, affordable and location, location, location.
My five night stay at the Arife Sultan was made perfect by the staff which ran the hotel. There was a morning breakfast set up in the lobby downstair which doubles as the check-in desk and main office. There was a good selection of pastries as well as cheese, olives, yogurt and fresh veggies-small and intimate. We became acquainted with some of the other guests who were from Georgia that were staying here.
