It was a fabulous hotel, with this price it’s an incredible service, I really appreciated while my stay. I’ll be back for sure. They offered me a comfortable room, it was clean tiny but luxury, I had a great landscape view. They cleaned up very well on the second they too. The breakfast was nice and they served well too. I really recommend to you this hotel. Thank you Grand Emir, see you again soon. Muhteşem bir hizmet, harika konfor, gayet temiz ve güzel bir manzaralı oda, nefis kahvaltı ve hesaplı bir konaklama. Bir daha gelsem mutlaka kalırım yine. Teşekkürler

Déjà pour commencer On m’a refusé l’accès à l’avance alors que j’ai droit et en plus je l’ai demandé des semaines à l’avance On m’a obligé de payer un supplément pour l’avoir On m’a donné une chambre terrible et j’ai dû payé pour me la changer Ce qui fait on m’a escroqué et piller le premier jour Honte à vous et à votre services

Localização é boa, acesso fácil a todos os meios de transporte. Funcionários cordiais e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Uma observação é que me informaram que as fotos não são as verdadeiras dos quartos econômicos, mas nos colocaram no quarto igual aos das fotos. Banheiros com box sem porta ou não fechavam. Chuveiro não tem, é ducha, mas não sei dizer se no país é um hábito. Lojas não faltam na região, melhor que comprar no Grande Bazar.

O cardápio do café muito ruim e não tinha opções. Xícara de café e talheres indisponíveis. No banheiro do quarto tinha suporte do chuveiro quebrado e a tampa do sanitário quebrada. Faltou água quente no chuveiro e torneira do banheiro por um dia inteiro nos deixando sem tomar banho, pois estava muito fria a água. Não retornarei a este hotel.

La localización es muy buena. Pero limpieza fatal sabanas sucias con agujeros las toallas negras. Personal del hotel regular.
