Hotel is new and clean near to the main highstreet

Hotel is good to stay . location is very good you can easily find good food and shopping area outside. Breakfast is good but they need to change menu every day. Hotel is new so it's clean .

The hotel is away from the centre and its associated attractions but in many ways this was a strength. The area was busy and noisy but I never felt unsafe even late at night. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed my first visit to Istanbul. The hotel was also excellent value. Great complimentary breakfast and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I would stay again and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other travellers.

This hotel surprised me very much. The room was really spacious and clean. The showers are new and it feels very cozy to be in the room. Okan the receptionist was very helpful since we arrived at the hotel. He helped us managing our trip back to the airport as well. The location of this hotel is perfect because it’s in the middle of everything so you can walk everywhere.

I recently stayed at Mahya Hotel in Istanbul for 8 days and had an exceptional experience. The staff Ali, Tariq & Okan were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Ali was very understanding and offered me and my husband an upgrade to a family room as our A/C was not working. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety and the hotel's amenities such as reliable Wi-Fi, were excellent. I highly recommend Mahya Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul! It was a walking distance to the main attractions and bazaars and you get a great feel of the local culture and day to day living life style. Highly recommend staying at Mahya Hotel!

This otel’s area is very dangerous. Paper, bed, toilet vs is very dirty. Far away to toirustic area. Very very noisy. İf u want to sleep, you musnt go to this otel

The reviews on this property is what attracted me to stay here. The staff went far and above in aiding our stay. There was a mix up that was immediately corrected. English as a second language can interfere in getting the correct information. The manager was quick to straighten out our misunderstanding. The highlights for me were the cleanliness, 24 hour desk help, great breakfast and attentive staff. I would highly recommend this property to my friends.

Hotel is ok for its purpose. If you want to spend the whole day outside exploring Istanbul and only come to the hotel for sleeping and showering, it is perfect. If you want to spend your day at the hotel, it is not the right choice. The staff is really nice and forthcoming.
