Flat on the ground floor of a 2-storey semi-detached villa immersed in the green Migliorano valley 8 km from Sperlonga. Entrance into the large living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table, open kitchen equipped with every comfort including dishwasher, microwave and Lavazza coffee machine. The kitchen area leads to the 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower cubicle.
Large covered outdoor patio, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy life in the open air. Barbecue. The beautiful panoramic swimming pool is 100 m from the house, is reached by a flight of steps through a nature trail and is to be shared with other guests. (Pool open from 01/05 to 30/10 weather conditions permitting).
Parking spaces inside the property. Entrance gate. Property not entirely fenced.
Pets allowed on request with extra charge.
