  • Elegant and spacious apartment of 90 square meters. located on the 1st floor of a condominium in an exclusive beach 5 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with balconies, a very large modern kitchen and an elegant living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace.
    The environment is very cool and ventilated so you do not need air conditioning.
    There are 2 parking spaces inside the condominium for free and outdoor showers available to condominiums.
    FREE WIFI
    The beach is closed to the public by an entrance gate accessible only to residents by remote control.
    At 50 meters bar, newspapers, food, housewares and clothing.
    Ideal for families with children or adult couples.
    The Terracina beaches were also awarded for the 2018 with the prestigious BLUE FLAG by the non-governmental and non-profit organization "Foundation for Environmental Education" (FEE).

Appartamento molto spazioso, con parcheggio privato.

Proprieta' molto comoda, all'interno di un comprensorio a cui si accede da un cancello automatico. La spiaggia,sia libera che con stabilimenti, è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.Il proprietario Anthony non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, la casa è super accessoriata, e abbiamo molto gradito l'omaggio di un assaggio dell'olio di produzione propria.
