Plot of land 2500 sqm (fenced), garden with plants, flowers and trees, in-ground swimming pool with salt purification system (8.00 x 4.00 m, depth 150 cm, open from May to September). Outdoor shower, garden furniture and deck chairs, barbecue, grill, pizza oven.
The Villa has 2 floors for a total of 280 square metres.
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, double living room with fireplace and TV Sat. Exit to the garden. Large kitchen with dishwasher and dining table with access to the air conditioned veranda with garden view where you will find a further dining area. Two bathrooms with shower.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms with exit to the balcony and one twin bedroom with window. Bathroom with shower. Balcony 15 sqm.
