I stayed there with my friend and we loved it, it was clean, quiet and the staff was so friendly with us, even if we didn’t talk Turkish we get along really good! For sure we will come back if we have something to do in Buca.

İzmir’de Geniş, Konforlu ve Sessiz Bir Konaklama

Eraliz Otel’deki konaklamamız çok rahattı. Oda son derece geniş ve konforluydu, ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey mevcuttu — çaydanlık bile vardı. Alt katta market olması da büyük kolaylıktı. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar harika ev sahipleriydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Otel çok temiz ve oldukça sessizdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz ve tekrar kalmak isteriz!

Otelin konumu güzel yeni bir otel odalar bakımlı otelde iki gün kaldım fakat düzenli temizlik yapılmıyor içilen içeceklerin yerine yenisi konmuyor onun dışında idare eder bir otel .

Sınavımız nedeniyle, günübirlik konakladık. Genel anlamda oda temizdi, dizaynı yeni yapılmış bir otel. Eşyalar yeni. mini bir buzdolabı var. Wifi'si var. Televizyon ve kliması çalışır durumda. Apart otel tarzında. Binada asansör yok.

Oda kahvaltı secmemize rağmen kahvaltının hafta başından itibaren iptal olduğunu söylediler. Daha önceden bize haber verilmedi. Ben özellikle kahvaltılı otel aramıştım. Kahvaltı için günlük kişi başı 100 tl iade ettiler. Temizlik idare eder banyo daha dikkatli temizlenebilirdi. Asansör yok. Otopark yok ama ön tarafında genelde boş yer bulunuyor. Onun dışında iyi bir otel.

Yorumlara bakarak tercih ettiğimiz bir yerdi ama tam tersi çıktı 3 gece konakladik temizlik orta seviyedeydi görünür bir temizlik yapılmış yatak altları toz içindeydi yeni bir otel olmasına rağmen kıyafet dolabının arkası kırıktı ve kliması sesli çalışıyordu oda kahvaltı olarak bir tatil sitesinden yer ayırtmistim ama artık kahvaltı vermediklerini söylediler bunu arayıp belirtmiyorlar bile insanlar ona göre seçim yapıyor kahvaltı parasını iade edebileceğini söyledi birde otelde asansör yok merdivenler dar eşim çocuğumla beraber kayıp düştü kimse ilgilenmedi nasılsınız bir şeyiniz var mı diye soracagina kimsenin daha önce başına gelmedi dedi gerçekten müşteri memnuniyeti denen şey burda yok
